Refund & Cancellation

Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled from Billing or by written request. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues through the paid period.

Prepaid wallet balance (in rupees) is consumed per minute and per feature as shown in the dashboard. Unused balance from one-time top-ups is non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the Service.

One-time template or custom employee setup fees cover configuration work. Refunds are available within seven days if the employee has not been placed live on a production number.

Purchased numbers are billed monthly. If you release a number mid-cycle, the current month’s rental is not prorated unless mandated by your carrier agreement.

Email billing@SvaraCall AI.com with your account email, invoice reference, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days.
